The Hon'ble Minister's Office announces Online Grievance Hearings in advance. Register your grievance during the open window for the session you wish to attend. Registration follows the same process as WhatsApp grievance registration.

Citizens can connect directly with the Honorable Minister and lodge their complaints through the Janasamadhan portal. In this online process, after the verification of applications, a link is sent to the selected citizens via virtual mode, allowing them to participate in virtual hearings and get quick solutions to their problems.
